Cindy Baker and I brought some fresh watermelons and roses to Oppenheimer park on a hot summer day. We sliced it up and served it to all of the folks in the park. Everyone was excited to get a piece of watermelon!
The next day we returned with a watermelon cooler bag full of ice and ice cream bars, which were also a hit. It was nice to talk to folks and show some care.
